Yay! That’s so exciting! One tip that we can share without seeing your living room, is that we like to put our biggest piece of furniture where it’s facing the focal point of the room. Whether that’s the tv or fireplace. If not the biggest piece of furniture, then the chairs that you use the most that when you are ready to relax you have the best seat in the house. Then depending on your floor plan, you can come in on the sides with your other furniture pieces. This is keep everyone together and create a cozy, close atmosphere good for conversation.
